the rivers flow in circles and smile,<\/p>\n
the sky is an orb from which life flows,<\/p>\n
the earth is an orb from which death flows,<\/p>\n
but they are gone<\/p>\n
in Ana’s dreams<\/p>\n
the frogs know many games<\/p>\n
and in dreams they leap like giants<\/p>\n
the forest leaves that Anna has not yet seen<\/p>\n
each like a mute eye warning of something inevitable,<\/p>\n
but it is not there in Ana’s dreams<\/p>\n
Ana’s hands dance in the dream,<\/p>\n
white devils make sounds<\/p>\n
of born disobedience<\/p>\n
and Ana answers them,<\/p>\n
